Great product and great support!
I have a Chamberlain jackshaft opener. When I first installed the GRGDO unit it worked a couple times then died. I messaged Mike and he promptly sent me a new unit and was very interested in getting the old unit back for investigation. After he dug into the problem he found that the voltage levels from my (weird) GDO were higher than expected. Mike then promptly implemented a fix and shipped me out a new unit. It’s been working great ever since! Can’t recommend more!

I purchased this product along with the temp/humidity sensor for my liftmaster gdo as I was sick of Chamberlin’s cloud solution and the fact they locked out the API for HA. I’m pleased to report this device does everything I expected and more at 25% less than the ratdgo module I purchased for my wife’s side. Furthermore, Mike was available around the clock to provide detailed guidance when I got hung up on some customizations I was trying out. You just don’t get that level of service these days. Massive thanks to Geldius Research and Mike for delivering a great product and standing behind what you sell!

I bought one of these about a month ago; I wanted to wait to do a review until I had time to use it for a bit.
Wow. I had some issues with ESPHome, even though this was the 4th device I’ve set up in there, but Mike helped me through those with great patience. He responded quickly and helpfully. He provided the kind of customer support that is getting so rare these days.
The unit itself has been working flawlessly since installation. I also bought the DHT22, which I had to put an offset filter on because it was reporting a little warmer than it should, but that is common.
The response time from the unit is darn near instantaneous. I love having my garage door be controllable from Android Auto, and also the automations I was able to create around the opener in Home Assistant.
If you are on the fence between this unit and a genuine ratgdo, I would suggest you buy this one!
