Refund and Returns – Gelidus Research

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Our Product Warranty

Limited Warranty. Gelidus Research warrants that all goods, products, or materials supplied and installed under this Agreement will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of completion or delivery (the “Warranty Period”).

Exclusive Remedy. In the event of a breach of this warranty, Gelidus Research’s sole obligation, and the Customer’s exclusive remedy, shall be the repair or replacement, at the Company’s option, of the defective material or workmanship at no additional charge to the Customer.

Exclusions. This warranty does not cover defects, damage, or failures caused by:

Normal wear and tear or environmental conditions.
Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or lack of proper maintenance.
Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by anyone other than Gelidus Research.

Open Source and Modifications Exclusion. This warranty does not apply to, and Gelidus Research expressly disclaims all liability for, any defects, errors, malfunctions, or damages arising out of or related to:

Open Source Software: Any third-party Open Source Software components integrated within the product, including but not limited to any bugs, security vulnerabilities, or compatibility issues inherent in or caused by such open-source code.
Unauthorized Modifications: Any modifications, alterations, reverse engineering, or source code changes made to the product or its software by the Customer or any third party without Gelidus Research’s prior written consent.

Disclaimer of All Other Warranties. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will include the original shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
