The Gelidus Research Expandable 3 Phase Power Meter monitors energy usage of your AC mains panel and optional circuits in real time.
This 3 Phase Power Meter provisions:
- Energy usage data collection with ESPHome and Home Assistant
- View the energy usage of your entire home.
- Monitor costs of your electric appliances.
- Review and graph historical energy data.
- Monitor your Day, Hour, Week, Month, Year total Kilowatts (KWH)
- Deep insight with Active, Apparent, Harmonic Power, Phase Angle, Peek Current and Power Factor data.
- Optional Voltage Reference Transformers (VRT) and 3 channel expansion modules.
- Reliable non-intrusively connected energy monitoring hardware!
- Cost effective, very accurate and pre-calibrated.
- Powerful 160Mhz dual core ESP32-C6 wireless module coupled with an ATM90E32.
- IEEE 802.15.4 Thread, Matter, Zigbee and Wifi 6 capable hardware.
- Works with ESPHome Wifi, BLE or Thread components.
- Powered via an AC mains isolation transformer.
- Metering is connected via non-intrusive current transformer phase line clamps.
- Completely isolated mains power supply and mains monitoring circuit connections

Software Elements:
The Gelidus Research Expandable 3 Phase Power Meter board is designed to run on ESPHome frameworks. ESPHome integration with Home Assistant (HA) is ideal for providing a rich user interface. Adding the PM2 to ESPHome and HA is easy using the preinstalled PM2 captive portal or directly with the USB-C programming port. Once connected to your WIFI network you can interface to HA using one of the provided install guides. ESPHome network connectivity is via Thread or the standard WiFi 6 mode.
